Buyers are advised to reconfirm selected laminate colors when placing orders, as our liability does not include claims arising from sample chip pasting errors. Lam Chuan also advises buyers to inspect their products thoroughly prior to fabrication and to immediately report any defect or discrepancy found. Do note that goods sold and once cut, cannot be refunded, or exchanged The buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy of any noncompliance with the express warrants set forth above shall be limited to replacement of the defective product at our sole discretion.

Lam Chuan shall not be liable more than the purchase price of the product, in either tort or contract or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury in connection with or arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special, indirect, collateral, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages as such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or other economic loss.

All laminates are 1220 x 2440 x 0.7mm (+/- 10%) Unless otherwise specified.

Retaining all documentation purchasing laminate and the actual defect laminate as in final application state will significantly expedite claim resolution’s. Rectification, modification, or removal of defect laminate from last state of application prior to our onsite inspect on shall deem this privilege to be void.

Warranty

Subject to the limitations set forth below, Lam Chuan expressly warrants that our products are reasonably free of defects in material and workmanship, and when properly handled and fabricated will conform, within accepted  tolerances, to applicable manufacturing specifications as set forth in NEMA and ISO 4586 Part 1 & 2 guidelines.

This non-transferable warranty shall extend to the original buyer for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment of this product by Lam Chuan. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, alteration, abuse or lack of reasonable care, exposure to extreme temperature, improper fabrication or installation, and improper maintenance.
